camarillas

Camarillas-botella

Elaboration

After a selection of only the best and oldest bush vines with more than 70 years of age, Camarillas is the noblest version of the Pinoso land.

This 100% Monastrell wine comes from a very small plot of land where the harvest is carried out by hand and the shade takes care of the vineyards, offering good acidity and a very balanced wine.

In the winery, malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels for 6-8 months to provide a special character, raising the Monastrell grape to the highest level.

A limited 1000 bottles edition of this wine with a sense of place.
